End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using MultiSolo ("the Software"). By creating an account and using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, MultiSolo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and commercial music production purposes.

2. Ownership

The Software, including all code, graphics, audio, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MultiSolo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Install and use the Software on devices associated with your account.
  • Use audio outputs and recordings created with the Software in your own music projects, including commercial releases.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. MultiSolo may terminate your license at any time if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MultiSolo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

9. Changes to This Agreement

MultiSolo reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
